Everyone has a skill. But not everyone the certificate to prove it. That’s what we found out in our UX Research on how to help People on the secondary job market, namely disabled and long term unemployed people. In collaboration with social workers from Elbe Werkstätten and Alsterarbeit from Hamburg we interviewed HR Managers of very inclusive companies like Lufthansa Technik, Tchibo or Hamburg Port Authority, to find pain points of the users. We tackled our identified challenge of missing certifications in a HR app concept that focuses on individual skills to hire, as social workers are doing it one on one coaching for disabled people. Skill reflects that as an inclusive job platform.
